Dr. Mamie Todaro (Dr. T.) received her PhD in Business with a concentration in Strategic Management from the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ in 2024. Her research interests lie in recruiting, small businesses, and remote work. Her dissertation research focused on the competitive advantage of remote work for small recruitment firms.
Dr. T most recently worked in global Healthcare recruiting in a Leadership capacity, leading a team of recruiters and staff members, and is SHRM-CP certified. In her spare time, she enjoys competing in long-distance triathlons.
